The Order of Events
The Welcome Dinner
Kindly join us on Tuesday, November third at six o’clock in the evening at Mama Ricotta’s to welcome you all to Charlotte. The requested attire is cocktail; evening dresses for the ladies and suits without ties for the gentlemen.
The Morning Of
On November the fourth at eight o’clock, the ladies will meet in the bridal suite and the gentlemen in the groom’s suite for breakfast and to begin getting ready. The requested attire is black tie; formal, black dresses for the ladies and black tuxes for the gentlemen.
The Shuttle
The shuttle will arrive at quarter to three o’clock at the hotel. The shuttle will depart at three o’clock and head to The Andrews Farm. Beer and wine are allowed on the shuttle, but no liquor. A full cooler will be provided.
The Ceremony
The shuttle will arrive at the venue at quarter past three o’clock. Guests will then be escorted to the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin at four o’clock.
The Reception
Following our intimate ceremony and cocktail hour, the shuttles will transport all guests to the reception dinner. The shuttle will depart the venue at six o’clock and head to Sixty Vines for dinner and toasts.
The After Party
Guests are encouraged to continue celebrating with the newlyweds after the reception at our favorite bars in the city. Dram and Draught will be our first stop.
